Need to Return a product?
To return a CD or other item bought from
The Real Time Website, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
returns department at
returns@bigskystudios.com,
NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.
We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general,
Real Time
accepts returns on CDs and merchandise from purchasers within
30
days. However,
Real Time
reserves the right to authorize product returns
beyond 30 days from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted
for return after 30 days, credit will be issued toward one of the
following:

REPLACEMENT OF GOODS

A CREDIT FOR FUTURE PURCHASES

A FULL CASH REFUND
-
ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON
RETURNED ITEMS. Customers
are responsible for all shipping charges back to
Real Time
on returned items, and
Real Time
will pay the shipping charges on the
replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within 30 days from invoice date can be
for exchange, replacement refund or credit at
Real Time
discretion. Please be aware that many other online stores have
more restrictive return policies.
